Located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, this Sales Pavilion was designed as a dynamic and welcoming space to showcase the brand identity of KK Construction & Builders. Our scope included architectural planning, façade design, and spatial layout tailored to create a seamless visitor experience. The ground floor plan features a central court, model display area, experience centre, multiple cabins, and dedicated zones for marketing, meetings, and staff. The design explores multiple façade options that reflect a modern yet grounded aesthetic, combining form and function to enhance both visibility and utility. Every space, from the foyer to the director's cabin, has been thoughtfully planned to support smooth operations and meaningful client interactions.
